Attorneys at Law, P.C. and, in that capacity, he worked with various
corporate clients on contract, business structure, real estate and debt
collection issues. During his
career as an attorney, Mark has also assisted individuals with personal
legal matters, including estate planning, personal injury and divorce. In addition, he has clerked with the U.S. Southern District of
Georgia Bankruptcy Court. Prior
to law school, Mark worked as a financial analyst with Stephens Inc. in
Little Rock

Marshall M. Bandy, Jr.
Marshall Bandy, Jr. was born in Ringgold, Georgia as were his parents. He was educated
in the public schools of Catoosa County. He graduated from Mercer University in Macon,
Georgia in 1971 with a degree in Political Science. He graduated from John Marshall Law
School in Atlanta, Georgia in 1975, and began his practice in Ringgold in December of 1975 as a
sole practitioner. After 14 years of solo practice he employed Lawrence Stagg. In 1996 Marshall
and Lawrence formed the partnership of Bandy and Stagg. He and his wife, Alice, have two
children, Celeste and Madelyn. Celeste and her husband, Andy Weaver, have one child, Cecilia.
Marshall has practiced before the Georgia Superior Court, Georgia Court of Appeals,
Georgia Supreme Court and the Georgia Workers Compensation Board of Appeals. He has also
appeared before numerous administrative agencies including the Department of Labor, Public
Health and Public Safety. He has had extensive experience in practicing before the Georgia
Public Service Commission. He has argued cases in the US 5th and 11th Circuit Court of
Appeals, tried numerous cases before the US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia,
and has extensive litigation experience in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
Biography
Business Experience:
I. 1976 - President of Catoosa Cablevision which built and operated the first cable
TV system in Ringgold, Georgia.
2. 1988- Built WSGC FM the first FM station licensed in Catoosa County, Georgia.
3. Since 2000 Owner of Cleburne Square Shopping Center in Ringgold, Georgia.
4. Since 1998 - President of Data FM - a company which has provided digital
emergency warning information over the Subcarrier of 32 FM radio station
covering all of Georgia.
5. He is the owner of two patents used by his company Data FM.
Political Experience
He has worked diligently for the Georgia Republican Party. Over the last thirty years he
has worked diligently to help local Republican candidates. His experience and degree in political science has helped candidates formulate platforms, campaign plans, and raise the financial recources to mount an effective campaign., Many of these candidates were elected and several are serving in public offices today.

2. President and Program Director for W AAK. FM 94.7 - a non-profit radio station in
Catoosa County, Georgia.
3. Founder of the Limited Government and Inalienable Rights Society.
